Haryana Lateral Entry Entrance Test
The Haryana Lateral Entry Entrance Test (HLEET) is a state-level exam taken by diploma holders or B.Sc. graduates with mathematics who wish to join the second year of B.E./B.Tech programs in Haryana’s engineering colleges. It is conducted by the Government of Haryana once a year for lateral entry admissions.
About Haryana Lateral Entry Entrance Test
HLEET assesses knowledge in mathematics, physics, chemistry, engineering mechanics, and basic engineering subjects. The exam is designed to ensure that lateral entrants have the academic foundation needed for higher engineering studies. Passing HLEET opens the door to government and private engineering institutes across Haryana for direct admission into the third semester of B.E./B.Tech courses.
The test is held in May each year.
