- Click on the link for the eCHAT 2024 application form.
- Fill out the application form completely with the required details.
- Pay the application fee of INR 600. You can pay online, or by cash, cheque, or demand draft at any IIHM campus.
- Submit the completed application form online or at any IIHM campus.
- If you apply online, the prospectus will be sent to your address by post.
- Your online registration is activated only after the exam fee is received.
