Candidates must have passed or be appearing in class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with chemistry or another subject accepted in place of it as specified for engineering admission. Applicants must be Indian nationals, and those seeking seats under the state quota must satisfy the domicile and residence conditions prescribed for Chhattisgarh and produce the required certificates at counselling.
